Find your local Alternative Retail Partner to order FREE* swatch samples of any of our carpets or border fabrics to be sent directly to your door.   

*Please note, there may be a charge for larger samples or samples from exclusive, made to order designs.

All of our Retail Partners will be able to support and advise you when it comes to delivery of your new floor covering.

If a fitted carpet, they will handle the delivery for you and bring just before installation day to acclimatise. If a rug or runner, again they will often take the delivery for you and then liaise with you about either delivering to your home or collection in-store.

All of our expert Retail Partners have experienced fitters who work closely with all of our products, including fitting natural plant fibre floor coverings like sisal.

Your chosen Retail Partner will arrange a visit to your home to measure and discuss options for installation methods depending on the floor covering/s you are considering and your space.

They will talk you through the process and ensure you are fully aware of every detail in the lead up to installation day.
