Interior Designer Sales Liaison

We have a fabulous opportunity available for an Interior Designer Sales Liaison to join our driven and passionate team in Andover, Hampshire.

To act as the main internal contact for all national or regional Interior Designer accounts and to assist the Marketing Director in specific projects.

  • To follow through all orders from Interior Design customers using CRM.
  • To follow up on sales leads generated from marketing initiatives.
  • To co-ordinate and help drive the sales and marketing efforts of Interior Designer sales in conjunction with the Marketing Director and the Sales Director.

General Marketing

  • Marketing support may be required from time to time. No experience is required.

This is predominantly a sales position which involves servicing leads generated from existing accounts and sales leads.

The Person – is this you?

Prepared to go the extra mile; generally happy, with an upbeat personality; an eye for detail, able to see a project through.

Self-motivated, with a desire to see a business grow.

An interest in the residential Interior Design market would be advantageous but not essential.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm; 40 hours per week total. 

Holidays: Starting with 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (raising to 25 days after 2 years)

Operations Administrator

We have a fabulous opportunity available for an Operations Administrator to join our driven and passionate team in Andover, Hampshire. You will be helping to maintain our ongoing success by providing support to the Operations Director.

Operations Administrator, day to day operations of the business:  

  • Merchandise/Samples – planning new sampling and merchandising introductions; setting, maintaining and communicating the layout of all books and merchandising stands; updating CRM; managing production and introduction in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager
  • Stock Entry – Working in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager (booking/allocating of all stock arrivals, back orders, client communication)
  • Allocations – reviewing and allocating of all orders, dealing with potential issues
  • New Products Management – introduction, deletion and updating internal price list
  • Pricing – Special Rugs orders and Return for Binding
  • Compliance – including Health and Safety queries
  • IT – creating and distributing management reports  
  • Assisting with ongoing implementations of improvements

Operations Administrator, the person:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Operational role
  • Strong customer focused work ethos
  • Logically minded with exceptional organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Energetic and dynamic individual with “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Flexible and resilient whilst working to a very high standard
  • Independent, motivated and self-driven
  • Curious and eager to learn about all aspects of the business
  • Familiar with current Health and Safety and Environmental legislations/standards
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • Dynamic and skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships

Working hours: Flexible between 8am & 6pm; 40 hours per week total.

Manufacturing Team Member(s) / Machinist(s)

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual(s) to join our rug manufacturing team. 

Working as part of the team you will be:

  • trained to whip and edge rugs

  • trained in our quality standards to ensure we deliver wonderful rugs and runners.

The ideal candidate(s) will have a 'can do' attitude and be keen to learn. 

It would be an advantage to have commercial sewing experience, or to have used at home a sewing machine but, as full training is given, a candidate with good attention to detail and a positive team spirit will be considered for this role.

You would also need to be physically fit as some lifting of rugs is required.

Working hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch.

Holidays: Starting with 31 days leave (inclusive of all bank holidays)

However, job share is a consideration offering part time work for the right candidates.
